Fasano

Does Fasano wearing # 47 tell us anything about how he going to be used?

(See Chris Cooley, #47)

Bill: Thank you for getting Vanderjagt, Jerruh! Cortez couldn't kick a field goal if he was this close!

"Water Boy. Is this Crystal Spring?"

Funny you should say, this because with him being a linebacker and fetching said water, I was thinking of the nickname Bobby "Bouche" Carpenter.

cool pics!

i think the 'carpenter wig' is something we might see in the stands this year.

:laugh2:

i love that the rooks don't have a star, and i love that the top pick brings BP water.

BP is great.

Probably just saying.. Hey kid, you look like a broom, so sweep with one between your arms! No? But... No? ok...

If I remember correctly, it's a drill to simulate the gunner on special teams on punts/kickoffs. As you know, the gunner usually has two guys on him trying to stop him...so the coaches make the gunner put the broom behind him to simulate having both his arms tied back, like two blockers would have his arms...then the coachs make him run certain drills like ducking and twisting and stuff...

At least that's what I remember about the broom drill...

When I look at Carpenter's hair, all I can think of is what it will look like when he gets the "Petitti mohawk!" :laugh2:

The long hair worn by all the OSU LB was their way of paying tribute to Pat Tillman. At least that was what AJ Hawk was saying durning an interview on draft day.

Used to teach a special teamer to get past a blocker. Sometimes used to teach WRs to get past a jam.
