I dont think the no.1 problem is talent (that can be somewhat fixed in FA and with the 4 1st Rd picks).....but if you dont pressurise the QB that suffers from pass-rush, or you stick to a Zonal Defense that just begs Donovan Wilson to get beaten (who thought the Panthers would of run Tet into his Zone), then it doesnt really matter.
A Co-ordinator has to Scheme for what he's got and what he's up against, rather than stubbornly sticking to what he knows.

Actually he did in the Jets game and I thought we were gonna see more of that 5 down lineman stunts twists and some blitting and yeah they gave up stuff on the ground but at least they put pressure on the quarterback that would have helped last night to be bringing that in Bryce Young's face and then I saw a bunch of three down lineman I don't know what they were playing like a 35 3 or 345 I don't know what they were playing but I saw too many times there were only three men rushing the quarterback there were no corners or safeties blitzing there were no delayed blitzes coming out of the back end it was bad II don't even understand because yes against the Jets I thought we start saw the start of something and he went right back to being vanilla..

Jesus this looks like preseason defense.. I'm not even exaggerating I don't know why they were trying to cover like we were playing Patrick Mahomes with his prime Tyree Kill and prime Kelsey and we're trying to like protect the back end from Bryce Young it's ridiculous no he's happy let him run and they let him pass..

That's hilarious look maybe it's true they look at a place and the players look to blame most of these players played last year and a handful of them played with Dan Quinn and put both those teams did was get a lot of sacks and pressures and cause turnovers..

Maybe you don't remember the fact that one Zimmer got his feet under him and yeah it looked bad for about six to eight games he actually got it respectable enough that down the stretch they led the league with the same roster in Saxon turnovers in the NFC..
