Gaily had Aikman and Emmitt and Irvin. Romo may be as good as Aikman. Nobody else on the roster compares to the rest of the talent on that offense or defense. And Gaily basically did nothing with it. We haven't had the talent the on the lines and defense for years and continue to neglect them.

But look at the stats man. He's better statistically because he has more yards and TD's. So therefore he's a better qb. It's that simple

False hope is all we've had since Jimmy Johnson left.

Like him or not Barry Switzer did a decent job with declining talent. Won a SB. Wade did okay at first with decent talent. But the team quit on him too. We need to go back to a strong coach. Parcells was that but he had the build things from the ground up.

I'm not sure who we should get but we need a coach with more control than Jerry. We'll just keep seeing the same scripts over and over again if we keep like this. Talent is still an issue on defense. We still have safety issues. Our LBs overall can't cover and our D-Line is bad.
