That’s not the first time that’s happened to us. It happened to Miles on a big play where he lost a deep ball. Like Boomer said who designs and builds a stadium that runs east to west

Moore need to go too....unconscionable that Pollard was NOT a key factor in the offense today.

Agreed. 27 years. Half a dozen HC's, hundreds of assistant coaches, thousands of players .... one common thread.

Doesn't matter who the HC is ... Jerry Jones is in charge, and nothing changes as long as this is the case.

I'm on board. Gave Mike the benefit of doubt but that was the most undisciplined team I've ever seen.....all. freakin. year. With the talent on this team right now a first round exit at home is unacceptable. Fire Moore, fire Mike, fire the entire offensive staff, promote Quinn, and build this defense as it is clearly the strength of the team.

I completely agree. I posted a few weeks ago that this team was going nowhere with McCarthy. I did think they could pull out 1 game with home field advantage but the sloppy play, no urgency to start the game, the numerous penalties, dropped passes, Dak being out of sink with the receivers for key parts of the game, and the overall lack of execution doomed the Cowboys.

McCarthy is too much of a players coach. There is no accountability, no fear of making mistakes, zero mental toughness, poor discipline, etc., etc.

Jerry, please fire McCarthy and promote Dan Quinn. If Kellen Moore leaves, he can be easily replaced with the talent on this offense.

1. Honestly in the most important game of the season and the team came out completely flat and most importantly completely undisciplined.
   
   The amount of penalties this team not only had today but for the season is just awful. Penalties are a recipe for losing.
   
   What does McCarthy actually bring to the table.
   
   Nothing.
   
   Quinn has way more upside and brought the defense to a whole new level.
   
   Something McCarthy isn't capable of doing on offense.
   
   One and done in the playoffs with a roster and team like this is unacceptable.
   
   Fire McCarthy and promote Quinn.
   
   Also get rid of Moore. He's trash.

McCarthy excels at not getting in the way when he has FAR SUPERIOR talent in comparison to the opposition and just lets the players play.

Unfortunately, for Big Mike, it is rare that his team's are far superior to the opposition once the playoffs take place.

Go watch the game again, The niners QB had less time but released the football in time. Dak is a hindrance to the offense.

Yeah, I'd do it.

I wouldn't have before this game. But we lost because of penalties and because the team was not prepared. That's on the HC. We used to give Garrett hell for this kind of performance
