Trying to switch to a 3-4 was a huge mistake. Huge.

It was like the front office was the last one to get the memo....then drafted a bunch of 4-3 guys. Huge disconnect going on between the front office and this staff.

If Mike wanted to make a change to the 3-4....hell....get everyone on board. Instead....it's like he thought he could serve a steak dinner....and instead use chicken...thinking if he burned it bad enough...no one would know the difference. Just shut up and eat it.
