What you did was post a lot of stuff like you were overwhelming me with evidence. I've been following this topic for years and VERY well informed the do's and don't of frauditing.
37 Rules on how to deal with a Frauditor aka "Imagine a World were frauditor cant fraudit because everybody knows their shenanigans" 1. Identify a frauditor (The camera, the way they act, their stupid script). We all know what to look at.
2. Do's and dont's (what you legally have to answer to this clowns)
3. When is legally apt to tresspass them: (I heard that unwanted comunication is also harrasment, so when the frauditors star berating people, they should say that they dont want to comunicate with the frauditors, and if the frauditors continue just kick them out).
4. Dont ever ever ever try to convince a frauditor of stop frauditing, dont ask the why they do this crap, as soon as you know that you are dealing with a frauditor accept that is a troll and only having fun at your expense. Dont give them material and laughs, just find the way to tresspass them.
5. Dont loose your temper like that cop in Utica, as soon as you know they are a frauditor then you know is a troll, anything that he say is just BS. Loosing your temper is only going to benefit the frauditor.
6. Use their own BS against them, like Anselmo said in a recent video that he felt threatened by a cop with a dog. "Oh, you FEEL threatened??, to bad we are law enforcements, no feelings enforcements" or if they say you are dismissed. "Sir, that means that I can go???, because if I can go I can stay".
7. If you are working in a private business just close the door, close the blinds and call the cops. If they start whining about calling the cops you can tell them: "Why I cant call the cops if their is a couple of freaks in front of my store??, are you going to tell me that Im commiting a crime for calling the cops?, where is that in the constitution?, is that a law or a policy?
8. If you are eating in a table in front of the restaurant, dont tell them anything, if they are too close just call the cops and tell them that. If its possible move inside the restaurant.
9. When the frauditor say to the cop "Dont touch me". "Great, I wont touch you as you move to the door, but if you stay here I will push you there".
10. Count how many time you tell them to leave. "This is the first time Im telling you to leave, Im not asking, I order you to leave this place", "This is the second time...". An so on. So they wont be able to lie and say that they where not asked to leave.
11. Dont respect them, as soon that you now they are frauditors dont give them any respect. Stay formal, but dont fall in their rethoric. Dont fist bump them, dont try to get in their good side. This is people that you will have to force out of the place anytime. 12. Deny Service, dont sell them the stamp, dont give them the FOIA, dont give them the mints. If the camera is on the service is off.
13. If they say that there cameras everywhere you can say, "thats right, but they dont go in youtube so you can make fun of a us for a buck, so if the camera is on the service is off"
14. Everything is a power play with this creeps, they always say "If you apologize I wont sue/report you" or "If you just give me this one more paper I will go on my way". Its always BS. Dont fall for that. Just tell them "I dont care, go ahead, have a blast, just leave". And call it what it is "This is a powerplay, isnt it?, I dont fall for that low and patetic tactic, so go ahead, no comments"
15. When the frauditors star with the cop hating rant the cops should say "is that bait coming from a cop hater?, gee, it really sound like that".
16. Dont be affraid to call them on their mental health. "Are you allright???, do you feel well??, you look disturbed??" or "You really look like you are a meth user". Also, calm them down when they start ranting. "Sir, you need to calm down ands lower your voice, this is no appropriate conduct, and no one want to hear this ranting"
17. When the say they are going to educate you. "Who ask you for an education?, you really look like a meth addict in a crazy rant, why I should care?"
18. When they say something crazy and stupid, you can laugh in their faces.
19. If you can, blast copyrighted music.
20. When you actually kicked the frauditor and they are leaving ask: "Is that the walk of shame?"
21. Have a couple of cents in the pocket. Frauditor say they are the cops bosses because they pay taxes, but only one or two cents go to the police, so just give it back. "Bro, Im here to officially give you back your money, now get the hell out of here"
22. When they ask to be called "sir", ask them if you can call them "bro", why not???, Im saying that you are my brother, and I love you, you say that I cant call you bro, but is that a law or a policy?, is in the constitution?
23. If you have frauditors in the house, tell it in the PA system "People, dont panic, we have frauditors clowns in the house, just remember that you don have to interact with the garbage, so if you think that you are being harrased, just complain and we will kick them out"
24. Tell them that you just dont trust them, they always say that they mean well, but dont ID. "Yeah, most killers say they are angels, how can I know that you are a good guy???, just because you say it???, and you dont ID???"
25. Shut them up. When they go on a rant just tell them to shut up. "Yo, I dont want to hear this rambling, go to the point or shut up"
26. This one should be higher. Dont let them control the conversation.
27. Dont answer them their 3rd amendment question. "This sounds like a powerplay, no comments"
28. When they say they are the boss. "You are not the only citizen of this country"
29. Keep count on how many frauditing is going on youtube "Dude, we know what you want, we know your yt channel, you should be arrested"
30. When they say no ill intent, no ill will you can ask: "How can we know that?, you are not even giving your ID"
31. When they say they are not arm you can ask: "How can we know that?, you dont let us check you, most armed person with ill intent dont say that they have a gun"
32. Dont camback the frauditors, it only fuels them.
33. When they ask who called the police "I wont givo that info, why do you want to know that?, do you want to retaliate?", when they ask for the name of someone "If he didnt give you his name I wont givo you his name, do you understand?, you dont need it for yopur complaint, when the investigation stars every single person involved will be named, so dont worry"
34. Find out if you really need to give them your business card, I know cops have to, but public employees also??, if you dont have to give the your business card just dont. And tell them, "I have a business card, but I wont give it to you, any other question?" If the frauditor stars ranting that you have to give them a business card ask: "Is that a law or a policy?, where in the constitution is that?" 35. When they say they have hundred thousand or million of views, doubt it "Really???, you???, you are a big and powerfull youtuber???, I dont believe it, why you are only known between frauditors???"
36. Dont believe the frauditor treaths, if you give them a little actitude is not like you are a **** in **** germany pushing minorities to the gas chamber. In the worst of cases your boss would give you a really small talk, and then buy you a beer. YOU WONT GET FIRED FOR DEALING WITH A FRAUDITOR!!!!!
37. But the most important thing its to understand that this a-holes are looking to provoke people, so just dont give them that and they will dry.
