First BP then Wade...what is wrong with these players?

It seems like we have a weak set of players. When a game comes down to needing to stop the other team from scoring, it just seems we can't man up. When we get down it appears that we give up. I was listening to the ticket today and they were talking about this and it reminded me that this was our same problems under BP.

My question is if 2 opposite coaches can't get this fixed, what is wrong with our team? Did we draft weak people?

Most of the defensive personnel we have now IS Parcells', FYI.

Honestly, I don't know. Jerry has actually done a fine job, so can't blame him much.

Like I said-this is the same 'ole BS every year...instead now it's occuring earlier in the season.

Weak leadership, on the field, in the locker room, on the sidelines. They overrate themselves, continue to blow sunshine up each others arses and blame all their troubles on the ignorance of the media and fans.

Everyone knows that Wade's soft (even he admits it) and that Stewart is insecure (b/c he's just not that good), but the main culprits are the players, especially the professed leaders.

Bradie James, Ellis and Newman are not winners and lack the ability to rally their team. Everyone knows how each one of those "leaders" was crying about not being appreciated or voted to the pro bowl the last few seasons. Heck in the middle of a playoff push James was pouting about his lack of recognition. When he gets an opportunity to show his stuff after getting publically called out Detroit's Kitna (of all places and people), he lays a HUGE DUMP, proving Kitna absolutely right. All 3 of these "leaders" rather cry and fight the media than their opponents on the field. All 3 have been guilty of ratting on teammates, where's the leadership???

Cowboys need *** kickers, on and off the field, to be their leaders.

I think we went from one extreme to the other. We need a players coach that will cut your *** if you don't do the job.
