If we want zeke later in the year that's perfect. Other rbs need to step up.4.0 yards in 10 tries is better than 2 yards and cloud of dust against one of the better DLs

He just has to relax is all.I thought he did fine. Insightful. He voice isnt annoying.
Tom Brady always seemed to me to be someone that was fairly closed off and guarded. He just has to relax is all.
I hear ya....has always concentrated on perfection and regiment. I certainly do appreciate his knowledge but we're just bros hanging out.Tom Brady always seemed to me to be someone that was fairly closed off and guarded.
Not sure that can translate well to what he is doing now
not sure he CAN relax

That's a fact amigo!Overshown was a torpedo today. Zeke looked better than expected.
It's probably why we signed zeke. Yes...refused a stud draft or free agent. But zeke stabilizes things quite abit.I was well pleased with the performances of our "executioners" at linebacker. Overshown and Kendricks were great, and Parsons was just himself, which is about as good as it gets. I thought Dowdle had a poor day, but that happens to most of us, now and then.
so you would expect a 7th rd pick to start at corner? not only start, but have a very , very solid game..... from your 7th rd pick? are you kidding?Carson looked OK, about what you would expect. Ups and downs, but he competed and got valuable experience.
I thought for a rookie in his first game, he actually showed promise on his breaks on the ball.Great: Overshown, Kendricks, DLaw, Parsons
Not Great: Carson
All camp we heard how amazing he looked so yeah it seemed he was ready to contribute despite his draft status. We had to expect ups and downs in game 1 and he pretty much met expectations from what we've seen in camp and preseason in delivering a solid debut.so you would expect a 7th rd pick to start at corner? not only start, but have a very , very solid game..... from your 7th rd pick? are you kidding?
and he met those expectations and more. Dude played a very good game. All camp we heard how amazing he looked so yeah it seemed he was ready to contribute despite his draft status. To answer your question, knowing nothing more than his draft position he's absolutely exceeded expectations for a 5th round pick, but if you tracked his performance in camp it's easy to lift your expectations a little.
Probably primarily because of the sack he gave up early in the game. It happens.A bit late, but I saw this PFN article this morning.
3 Studs & 3 Duds
What stood out was they had Zack Martin listed as one of their Duds.
