Cassel has won 32 games as a starting QB compared to 5 wins for Weeden. Cassel has won games with 3 different teams. Weeden is going to have to really suck the next few games for Cassel to end up playing because it's going to take time for him to get up to speed with the Cowboys offense. We may be stuck with Weeden the next 3 games or so no matter how bad he plays because Cassel may not be ready.

I'll claim he is right around average.
