Trade a 5th round pick for QB Zack Mettenberger.

I like round 1. The rest would have me going broke from drinking...

and why Mettenberger? Im not sure what bringing him in accomplishes.

Ramsey would be a great pick. The rest are meh. Don't think Henry is there when we pick anyways. And we don't have a 5th round pick either.

About the same thing a rookie QB would. Neither will be starting and Mettenberger is the odd man out in Tennessee.

Adding Henry gives us a back who can stay upright upon point of contact.

Sutton is a good CB with size and speed. Overall this leaves us with Scandrick, Sutton on the outside and Ramsey and Jones in the back of the secondary.

Matakevich is all over the field being disruptive making plays. He's a name you'll start to here more often.

The point of a rookie quarterback is you are grooming him for a future. Mettenberger will never be more than a backup.

The jury is still out on him. He's only 24 and has time on his side. If we're looking at an NFL QB I'd rather look at him ove Manziel. In my mock I focus in on getting players who can be an impact day one with the first few picks. If we were to go after a rookie QB I'm hopeful we take Wentz in the second. Ramsey/Wentz looks good as a one- two pick.

Well, if the choice is between those two then yeah, I take Mettenberger. I just don't think he's ever anything more than a good backup.

If we draft Ramsey (who I would love), do you think both he and Jones would be put at safeties? I would think Jones would stay at CB.

I can see him in the same role he's in now which is basically a DB Hybrid.

Yeah Ramsey strikes me more than any QB in round one.

So wouldn't that make two free safeties for us in Byron Jones and Ramsey?

Jones is more of a Hybrid than a FS. He can line up in the slot or against TEs which would leave Ramsey mainly at the FS spot. Jones isn't being used as an every down safety.

I think Jones would stay at CB. Good chance we don't have Carr and Claiborne next year.
