First pic of the new Wonder Woman

She should be running in slow motion in that gif, but it's just a still photo on my end for some reason. Sorry.

Does it really matter if it's motion or still frame? It's hypnotic to me regardless. :)

The overall effect is garish. The red stars just seem emphasized. Actually never thought that much of any of the costumes from the Comics.

They should take the 70's TV costume and change it a little but not a lot.

they better come up with some really good storylines just so it doesn't totally stink because if they do try too hard then it will stink.

agree with you, what they should do, and ive suggested this with every remake they try. This is the pitch, "we're going to do a new wonderwoman, its going to be inventive, its going to be updated and its going to be (every flashy word that works on people now a days)" Than they just play the orginal and never touch a thing.

Sometimes its just better to reshow the orginal and take credit all over again.

this smacks of just trying to hard. Sorry humans are humans we make mistake and dont live the perfect life regardless of how some lie to themselves.

How will she do all this? She better be spinning more hours in the day out of that lasso or something.

Also for the second season she'll volunteer her time at a hospital and cure cancer on the weekends because shes a modern woman and they can do everything.

Yeah, that read more like 'modern TV hack writer tries to throw in all the modern cliches he can', than anything else. Not an auspicious bit of info for the series. Will certainly require some strong word of mouth before I bother with it.

More and more this looks like something that will go down with 'Me and the Chimp' or 'My mother the Car' or 'Cop Rock'

Kids these days just can't fully appreciate the experiance of 'My Mother the Car' :D

I am very proud to say I never watched any of those shows. You do not have to be at a disaster or see it to recognize one.

Lynda Carter makes me wish I grew up in the 70's. Just a "Wonder" woman.

Is Adrianne Palicki a natural blonde or brunette? I did not watch Friday Night Lights very much, but I do not recall seeing her as a brunette.

she's a blonde:

Ok, she looks hot here but looks like a $2 ***** at mardi gras in the WW outfit.

I still prefer the old outfit.

I don't know what 888 MOTO is. But I just bought 10,000 shares.

Terrible implants, too.

With as much push up action she is getting from the outfit how can you tell?

The red stars have been a part of her costume for many years in the comics and multiple animated series, so this new television series costume is unoriginal in that aspect and has been for many years. In my opinion, what's awful about that outfit are the pants.

DC has dragged their feet moreso than Marvel in getting away from spandex outfits, but they have made so progress in that area. They had done so with Wonder Woman, but David Kelley wants spandex pants for whatever reason. Stupid.

That doesn't look like spandex pants. They should have made the pants navy blue or at least darker in some way like the pictures from the comics you linked.

I see dark roots.

This probably won't be a good show. The Lynda Carter version wasn't a good show. Of course I could have cared less as a kid. I knew nothing about good story lines or good acting. All I knew was that Lynda Carter looked amazing.
