Send Terry Glenn on a fly route and have Romo throw it as far as he can. Doesnt even really matter whether it's complete or not, Romo could put it in the first row for all I care. We need to show the Giants that we arent afraid to use Glenn and his speed to go deep. It will keep them honest and keep them from crowding the line bc our two best receivers are "hobbled".

I agree. I said this in a previous post that if we show enough deep passes, it will allow Barber to get his yardage.

Glenn can seriously end up ''killin'' the giants..i know theyre gonna under-estimate him a lot. a hobbled WR..they might say..but watch out...

Sure as heck beats Julius Jones into the back of BIGG for 1.5 yards!

Although, I disagree with Mickey that the running game isn't a key. Need to have balance. But the more Glenn is considered a weapon the better it is for all offense. Just don't force it in there like the Washington pick, let the man run like the wind.

Kneel it to signify that the game is pretty much won. :laugh2:

That would be ballsy :laugh2:

Kinda like the intential celebration penalty Georgia got against Florida when they scored their first TD

That actually happens on second down. If Terry Glenn works, expect TD, but if it doesn't expect JJ, on the next play, in the back of BIGG for 1.5 yards....

I'd expect the Giants to do the same. I could see a playaction and deep ball to Plax.

well, I said in an earlier thread that we should fake a slant to him and go deep.

I know that would work.

If T.O was 100% i would say on the 1st play throw deep to T.O for the TD, that would crush the giants D, and there hopes off the bat

Flea-flicker to Glenn, you know they expect us to run Julius, pitch back to Romo boom! off to Glenn.

It will look similar to Aikman to Rocket in that OT win against Washington.

Set the tone early.

I'd prefer we come out with two TE's, two wideouts, one back. Go play action. Run a fly on the left, a deep post on the right, Witten on a deep curl, and drag Fasano from left to right under the post/curl and hit him for a nice 15-20 yard catch and run. If TO isn't full strength, and I don't think he will be, I think we need to run a lot of two tights and two wides, keeping the worthless FB on the sideline.

This is actually a good idea, and not just for the first play! They should come out on all 3 plays like that even if they don't connect.

McBriar will then punt and pin them down...but by that time they will be like

They try it every time they play us, I think we'll be expecting the playaction bomb to Roy's side. Hopefully, Roy is too and can intercept Eli's first deep pass of the game.

I think the Cowboys need to open in a 4 WR set and go right at NY and send a message that our weapons are in full attack mode...
