Will recap if not putting inspection stickers on license plates....

Ryen Rusillo was saying it should be Ware because he pass rushing wins in this league and the guy is unblockable.

The other guy said if you want a pass rusher you should get Clay Matthews instead. He then said his choice is Polamalu b/c he is a playmaker.

Rusillo then said that he may be overrated, the Packers went right at him int the SB and toasted him.

The other guy then said its because Polamalu was hurt

Rusillo then said Polamalu said he was as healthy as hes been all year

The other 2 then laughed at that idea

Rusillo then said that people get a little crazy about Polamalu because he has awesome hair and he has some flaws that the media doesnt seem to pay attention to

In other news, Rusillo now has a #1 fan

this. Every year a new guy one ups the best deal out there.

You would constantly be chasing your tail trying to keep Ware as the highest paid defensive player. Ware is happy with the contract he has right now that is all that matters.

Ware unblockable? :lmao:

I like the man, but cmon.
He's the best pass rusher in the league, we got it too good with him and people don't appreciate it, same with Witten. Its despicable.

I appreciate Ware. I've said I'm glad we took him over Merriman. But Ware is not unblockable. He makes his share of tackles and sacks, but there have been too many games where he doesn't even sniff the quarterback.

That happens to every passrusher in the league, nobody is unblockable.

Clay Matthews.

Yeah guys, come on. The proof is in the statistics. Not only did Matthews have more sacks than Ware this year, his sample size of continued excellence is right there for the plucking. I mean, 80 sacks and 25 forced fumbles in 6 years for Matthews? You guys saying Ware is the best are just SILLY.

Ay, I think I may be confused.

Nope. I just saw the player who arguably had the biggest play in the SUPER BOWL.

Yeah, ****ing Demarcus Ware is the reason we haven't won a super bowl yet. Scumbag doesn't give it his all.

"Fans" like you make it very difficult to post in a place like this.

Did I say Ware wasn't? Both are great players who you have to account for on every play. Matthews is playing better right now. He made bigger plays in 2010, and created a HUGE turnover in the Super Bowl which shifted the momentum to GB. Some of you get so sensitive and defensive because it's "Demarcus Ware." Get off your high horse and look at things objectively. Matthews was a beast this year.

EDIT: Yeah, "fans' like me have been here over three years before fans like "you" showed up. I joined an offseason after we were 6-10 in 2004. So don't even go there.

Demarcus Ware has sustained excellence over his entire career, with a sample size bigger than 2 years. I'm not saying Clay Matthews will taper, but I am saying that -- for my money -- I'll go with the most dominant pass-rusher of the last half-decade, regardless of plays in the Super Bowl.

Ay there, no need to grow your e-peen. I see you have over 4,000 posts -- bravo and all that jazz. I didn't see "Clay Matthews" as a convincing argument, nor did I see "he made a play in the SUPER BOWL" to be a justifiable retort. At least this time you took some time to put merit to your reason.
