Fish: Dak is wrong x3 for confronting valet driver

Unless you have a contract that ties your hands. If we fire anyone that makes us lose bad, we'd only have cheerleaders left and Thursday night!! Lol
I actually worked for a company that said we are considered Ambassadors of the Company if we are wearing their gear in public, before. Football wise, we know nobody would get fired, but that deserves at least a chewing out by the Coach, if we had leadership of any kind.

Give me Kyle Shanahan or Ben Johnson and this thing looks totally different. The Cowboys are "built" the wrong way from the standpoint of offensive philosophy. Even Mike McCarthy would've won that game against the Bucs.

Cowboys fans are going to continue to be disillusioned and disgruntled because they have been sold the hero QB story. We need a hero HC/OC, not a "just run to the sticks and turnaround" guy who is learning on the job. The exact frigging mistake that was made with Jason Garrett...and Kellen Moore. The offensive identity of the Cowboys is totally wrong and has been wrong for so long that fans can't even see it anymore.

Geez...just look at how the Eagles have done it over the last ten years. THREE superbowls with...Foles and Hurts. Two quarterbacks that you wouldn't build a team around...UNLESS...you are going to run the hell out of the football.

In Dallas? Hero quarterback who can scale skyscrapers with a single bound. And when they don't??? You know the rest of the story.

It's all wrong. And it will NEVER be RIGHT. We have 20 years of proof...IN THE BUILDING.
Yeah, but no real HC will like to go to Dallas because the owner is an insecure man that needs constant approval from everyone.

Yeah, he needs to come back and correct this…..admit it was arrogant to say “supposed to win”, admit it WAS embarrassing, it’s a crappy look to talk about it the way he did. EVERYONE thinks that performance was embarrassing dude.

The embarrassing part was Dak making a deal out of it and challenging the guy on “manhood” nonsense.

Perpetually underachieving and highly paid QB with thin skin isn’t a great look.
anytime that "as a man" and "disrespected" bullcrap comes out, you're outed as having a single digit IQ

Yeah, what's the big deal...he's pissed and some punk calls him out in a restricted area...if anyone here wouldn't do the same, they're lying or a big puss. And then, remember Panama...lol...yeah, a stupid drunk college kid on spring break..that's what we've become, calling out someone for something that they probably have in their past. Oh, and throw the 60 million...if you wouldn't have taken that money from Jerry then you're a stupid puss!!!! ENOUGH! Let's not lose focus, we are a bad team right now, we're stuck with Dak and Jerry, but that Garrett suckage wannabe Schottenheimer and the Eberflus wannabe Parker, need to pull their heads outta their azzes or we are crap, even in the NFC Least
Disclaimer: Substitute Dak with "4". I'm only referring to employee decorum after the TB game and the eye test. I created the Fall Guy Nominations a few years ago to highlight players attributed to the cause, blame and pain (fair or not on this board), based on post trends by fellow board members. The posts can be from a play, a drive, or a game results......all fair ground to our opinions, week-to-week until season end. Notable past winners: Dez, Zeke (multiple winner), and certainly Dak (landslide multiple winner).
Even media gets in on the act. QBs like Herbert, Lawrence, and even Josh Allen get sugar-coated after defeats, and not one of them has a defense as bad as our D. Our D is perennial bad and been so even during Micah's years.

But to the point:

Bottom line......some like to pile on 4 every turn. It's the norm. No problem while or when his "game" deserves negative assessment or critique. Problem: 4 is the "go to" when a lot of things should be focused on, far more that is blatantly concerning and visible....rookie UDFA QB looking good on 2nd start, 11-minute drive, 2-play drive, time of possession ownership, failed blitz protection, long 3rd down conversions, dropped passes, nobody with passion, TE issues, coaches looking confused, missed tackles, players over pursing and failing with containment, no pass rush, applauding our D for two or 3 stops despite evidence of gashings, Bucky Irving running like a Heisman candidate, receivers "wide-open" against our secondary, failed gang tackling that looks like keystone cop comedy, and etc..

And now an employee or someone in the restricted area getting in on the act..............line has to be drawn. "Mr. Bravado" should read my post before simply singling out just the QB. It's comical bravado. He should have been calling out Ferguson, Bland, Revels, Schotty, Parker, and few others too if you're having 4 solely on the radar.

And if he's walking around the facility during the week like that......he's looking at Home Depot or other locations for employment, immediately. So let's just hope for Arch Manning, Dante Moore, Trinidad Chambliss, Julian Sayin, Darian Mensah, CJ Carr, others (bring back exiled Cooper Rush) fall into Jerry's lap........and then see how that works with this coaching staff and our D.

Wrong to say you are "supposed" to win - this is the NFL

Wrong to argue with a fan expressing his opinion

Wrong to quibble about harsh words or semantics - it was, in fact, "embarrassing"

I know we have a thread on this, but he makes some salient points about the piss poor CULTURE in the building.

Schotty said he was building "...a world-class, best culture in professional sports." This sounds like something someone would say who grew up with a lot of toys and a lot of time but not a lot of exposure. He built a sensitive band of tender millionaires.

.....thread calling it "confronting"?. In the courtroom......Objection!

LOL...not the most precise wording.

Dak thought it was a confrontation...but the poor valet guy looked away. Wasn't enough for Dak, so he got him fired.

Staring at? Giving a menacing look towards? Looking for the man to say it to his face?

Wait that was a valet?

Don’t you think he wasn’t even challenging dak he was probably supporting him even? Like dang dak they let you down again huh?

The guy who said “Embarrassing” is a real fan. He spoke the truth!

Probably backed down from Dak so he wouldn’t get fired, but got fired anyway.

Can’t wait till the Dak era is over.
I’m still wondering why dak didn’t rush one time in that game? A rookie undrafted free agent came into your building with a worse roster and danced circles around your team

It’s week 5 but this is the flippin nfl. This is year 12. **** or get off the pot this ain’t excellence im seeing

As a person Dak is a nice person, but from a football perspective he is solid to good, but he just isn’t IT! I’ve had enough.

First of all Brian schottenheimer might want to realize that you have to be recognized as being the best in something.
Maybe have a few skins on the wall before you profess to being able to build the best of anything.

He is nothing but the poser son of a famous coach

I used to really like Dak defended his play thought he used everything in his skill set to try and win.
I also thought he represented the franchise well was a good ambassador and someone you could be proud was your quarterback.

I'm very much starting to rethink my previous stance on our quarterback.
Not sure if he's just on a bad roll but I'm not happy with his play and not happy with what he's saying off the field.

He's turning into a player that seems very replaceable at this point for half the salary
