Fish: Major trade for backup QB hinted by Stephen Jones

NFL teams probably lining up to make offers to fleece “Birth Certificate” Jones and his 82 year old pop. They are the opposite of shrewd when it comes to trades.
Honestly if we give up a 5th for Milton in this years draft....I would be pissed off. :banghead:

Because, rather than select an unknown entity in the draft that might not turn out to be great, they are willing to settle for a known entity they know will never be great.

With a mediocre backup, Dak will never be pushed to compete at a higher level and there is no future upside. When Dak goes down it will be 2015 all over again.

I will say this ........I like Joe Milton's potential over any late-round QBs in this year's draft. In other words, I would no problem giving the Pats a 5th or 6th rounder.

Stephen is Jerry's No. 1 hype man that's always talking about things that won't happen as if they will.

Trading for a backup QB does not constitute a major trade unless the could push the starter.
Well Dak would be awfully expensive backup seeing that he can't be traded without his permission seeing that he has a no trade clause in his contract

There are 3 really good QB prospects that will be taken in the 1st rd. Move up if you must and draft Dak's backup or potential replacement. Stop ignoring this. You can get a RB or WR in the the 3rd round.
