so because the team has heart and fight but keeps loosing thats good enough to keep a coaching staff? REALLY?

I know there is more to it than this...but...Before the season started we knew if we lost Romo we were done. So that happened and now we are losing and we blame the coaches for that? We do have some that need to go but not major changes.

They'll say that now. Wait until thw offseason. Wouldn't be surprised if either, if not both coordinators are gone.

I would guess that they bring in a new line coach and maybe another receivers coach. Special teams could be another area that changes as well. On defense, Marinelli might be a top tier line coach but I cannot seem to buy into him being anything special as a coordinator but he likely stays. Wouldn't be surprised to see a new dbacks coach though.

I think getting away from the current offense is in everyone's best interest, with the exception of opposing defenses.

Making tony learn a new offense is probably one reason for reluctance to fire JG. No doubt. When the next QB is ready, a new offense should come with it.

fair enough. however stephan jones stated that lnjuries are no excuse. other teams make it work. there is more to this you are right.

That's what you start with when you have a losing team. Later on, hopefully, the bar gets raised in terms of results in the W/L column. JG gets credit from many for having instilled this 'don't quit' mentality, but in reality the team seems to have seriously regressed this year...

Pollack I agree. I wouldn't mind seeing our OC actually put a plan together instead of having to work within the realm of JGs antiquated offense.

Sean Payton is one of the very few (probably the only coach) that could come in here, install his offense, and have instant success. It also doesn't hurt that he loves Tony..
