But the wife is the only one in the relationship that ended that has led to this lawsuit. As if she was helpless to her own evil actions and Fletcher Cox must pay for it.

You don't get to sue somebody because your wife cheats on you.

That man better be careful---she may dig him but it is VERY clear that she wants some of his millions..

Certain States I guess. I recall watching a 20/20 where one of the spouses sued due to the other cheating. It's been quite some time ago & can't recall the details. It's crazy, but I guess there's a way if you have the proper attorney.
