Anyone ever been to this restaurant?

Went a few months ago and it was damn good.

Pretty expensive but pretty damn good. $42 per person.

It's one of those Brazilian steakhouses that has a rotating selection of meat. Flip a little card upright to tell the servers to stop at your table and flip it down to be left alone.

Pretty damned solid.

I've been there about 4 times. Always good, and a fun experience, but I have a hard time feeling like I get my $$$ worth sometimes. Especially since I can take that $42 and do the same thing only better, with leftovers, on my backyard offset smoker.

There's a place like that in Albuquerque called Tuscano's Brazilian Bistro, or something like that.

It was about $24 per person. Salad and vegetable bar, and they brought the (all-you-can-eat) meat to your table and sliced it off of a skewer right there.

I thought it was ok. The beef was pretty good, but the chicken (on the bone) and pork were below average.

We have one here in San Antonio, but I have not been to it yet.
We also have another brazilian steak house called Chama Gaucha.
IT IS A CARNIVORE'S PARADISE!!!

It has an incredible salad bar and the cuts are to die for.
I took my wife for her birthday and spent little over $100(all we could eat plus some wine and beers),but it was well worth the price.

So, you're saying there was a happy ending?

I thought it was worth the cash, but then again, the times I have gone have all been on the company dime!

Is it one of those area restaurants like Cracker Barrel in the South? I haven't heard about in Maryland.

Seeing as how I hardly go to the ghetto of the Mid-Atlantic. I can see why I haven't heard about it.

Thats what it cost to eat at McDonalds in Greenwich, CT. :laugh2:

Also, it's nice that you took that extra effort to input the "a" with the tilde into the title.

Kudos. I know it's not posting illegal videos, but your effort is appreciated.

yea, i've learned to avoid the salad and cheesebread. : )

you'll never eat $42 in meat but what you do eat is some of the best you'll never have. service is always spot on too.
