Ha, i ate at Panchos when i was a kid once, and only once. Went home, threw up, and never went back. I did think it was cool you raised the little Mexican flag when you wanted more of that nasty food.

I took a buddy of mine to the one in Dallas the nite before a Skins game a couple years ago. He's a huge skins fan..I know, i know, but he got me my game ticket for free so i bought. OMG its awesome. You could make a meal out of the salad bar itself, salmon and all kinda stuff on there.

And yes, the lamb is to die for.

I thought it was ok. The beef was pretty good, but the chicken (on the bone) and pork were below average.

I agree Chief. I don't think you want to come to New Mexico for Brazilian Cuisine.
