Steak. Filet usually, but I also enjoy a real good cut of Prime Rib from time-to-time.

Man, this one is tough. Especially since I've been on Atkins for the past month and haven't had a potato in all that time. I'm really craving them.

I love a good, seasoned french fry... there's this hamburger joint in my town, TenderJacks, that has amazing fries. I don't really care for fast-food fries, though.

Twice baked potatoes are excellent too.

I also have a hash-brown casserole I make with cheese, sour cream and bacon that is excellent, but probably horrible for you.

I'm a huge steak fan. I grill steaks myself at least once a week (usually more). I go to nice steakhouses pretty regularly.

But how in the world can anyone say steak is their favorite meat when something as perfect as bacon exists?

To be honest, bacon may be the best thing on earth. Period.
