1. What is your favorite meat?
I guess Rib Eye.
I would say Bacon because I love it but I have to eat turkey bacon these days and it's not anywhere near as good.

2. What is your favorite cheese?
Tough one cause I LOVE cheese.
Sharp Cheddar is probably my favorite though.

3. What is your favorite fruit?
Don't like fruit really.

4. What is your favorite vegetable?
Asparagus.

5. What is your favorite way to eat potatoes? (Potatoes gets its own category because you can do so much with them.)
Waffle House double order of hash browns, with cheese, onions, mushrooms and peppers. I then put tons of Tabasco on it.

I'm a huge steak fan. I grill steaks myself at least once a week (usually more). I go to nice steakhouses pretty regularly.

But how in the world can anyone say steak is their favorite meat when something as perfect as bacon exists?

To be honest, bacon may be the best thing on earth. Period.

Here in Tucson they wrap bacon around hot dogs and deep fry them.

Oh my gosh...

There's a nice Italian place in Houston that serves a salad that is wrapped completely in bacon. Its a head of lettuce about the size of a baseball that is completely covered in bacon.

Imagine my dismay, after being overcome with joy at the sight of this thing, when I sliced into the ball of bacon to find lettuce inside. It was like opening a Christmas present to find a neon pink sweater.

I actually like liver, but few people do anymore it seems like. I like chicken liver better than beef.

5. What is your favorite way to eat potatoes? (Potatoes gets its own category because you can do so much with them.) This is an incredibly difficult question. I'll just throw out fried then roasted new potatoes which I usually cook with leg of lamb...but there are sooo many correct answers.

Its not my favorite but I definitely love me some liver. I rarely go to Luby's cafeteria, but when i do i always get the liver n onions. Its awesome. Like chicken livers as well. It is definitely an acquired taste.

As far as the favorites

Medium rare prime rib, but a close 2nd with lamb

Swiss cheese

Cherrys

Okra-esp fried, omg i could eat my own weight in fried okra

Mashed sweet potatos w/ turkey giblet gravy on thanksgiving is pretty darn good

Liver is just... I mean it smells good, sauteed with onions, but the taste after it gets past the initial bite is just, ugh.

I do like Foie Gras though.
