Ding Dongs, Jell-o Pops

They still make DD's. I saw my neighbor's kids shovin' some in their pie-holes just a night or so back.

Also, Jell-o Pops were reintroduced under the Popsicle brand name I think?

Still have that in Wal-Mart down here in the bulk bags...

I'll have to send you a check and ask you to ship me some. :laugh1:

It must be a regional thing. It kind of came back about 10 years ago or so and has since disappeared again. Too bad I liked that cereal.

Domino's twisty bread - the best food ever. I used to get four orders just so the total would be high enough for them to deliver.

Cinamon mini buns - best cereal ever. It went away, then came back as cinamon mini swirls, and then that went away, and now it is kind of back, in limited supply it seems branded as Cinabon cereal (there was a Cinabon cereal previously, and it was nasty, so it wasn't easy figuring out that there was a new one that was good).

Mine are menu items from two locally owned restaurants that closed down. The green-chile chicken enchilada soup at a place called Tegmeyer's and enchiladas from El Monterey.

I've tried to duplicate both items at home, but fall a little short.
Tegmeyer's Steak House closed down? Man, that is sad. I haven't been there in years, but I still remember going with family. I remember thinking it was nearly in Texas it was so far out of town. Loved that place.

I really miss McDonald's old apple pies. Those things kicked some serious butt, the new ones are garbage.

Pecan logs from Stuckey's. They were a summer road trip treat.

Holy Carbs they still exist! So...Never mind.
