Our local school here beat Vernon in the playoffs a few years back when we won state in football. Vernon was the best team we played by far...

What school was that. I try to follow the team. BTW, the school won its first 3A championship when I was a senior. Made it to the championship the year before and lost to Mexia 22-21.
