wasn't Julius a Parcells' draft pick, and didnt he compare him to Curtis Martin, Parcells' favorite player?

I do not remember Parcells comparing him to Martin , not saying he didn't , just that I do not remember.....

Parcells type of back = A horse , can carry the ball as often as you need , stay healthy , score TDs and run out the clock without fumbling......

Julius is going into his 3rd season already and has not proven he can be any of these......
Julius has potential ,No doubt, but after awhile potential becomes under achieving
