I know others will disagree, but I respect James Harrison so much more for that act. This ain't tiddly winks hittem in the mouth and impose your will if you really want to win. The Cowboys have the reputation for being this kind of team anyway, so they may as well justify it by thugging it up a bit from time to time.

And the title should say malcontents. LOL

Wannabees.

I won't comment on your interesting sense of respect being given for crossing the line between aggressive and excessive.

I agree Monster. you see a lot of playoff teams do stuff like that. I wish Ware or any of our linebackers would get that mean streak like Harrison and Merriman.

Post less. There are better ways to get your point across.

Obviously, we should give our linebackers steroids and induce roid rage. It sounds like a great plan. I wonder why no one has ever thought of it before.

He better get fined for this.

What will it accomplish? He just got playoffs and Superbowl bonuses plus the satisfaction of winning the Superbowl. I'm sure he'll pay it with a smile if he is fined.

We don't practice tackling, or hitting, or impose any kind of a culture of physicality. Thats why we got ran all over this year.

Our practices can be summed up by Pacman wearing Homer Simpson pants. A waste of time.

My roomate said Harrison juiced this year and I didn't believe him, after yesterday I'm about positive. There are a few teams in the AFC that have been rumored to have guys juicing, Pitt being one of htem.

I wouldn't be surprised. Harrison was in and out of the league until last year. Now he's suddenly the DPOTY at 30 years old.

every team has juicers. I bet we got a few too and it wouldn't suprise me if Roy Williams(ss) used to juice before he started to forget how to play the game.

we are soft because of the water in Dallas as we all have been informed.

that is why the mavericks are soft too.

Before I assume that this is worthy of the WWF, ECW, etc., exactly when did this play take place?

On the punt when the Steelers got the ball inside their own 1 yard line.

Don't you guys know that the Cowboys would be penalized EVERY TIME they did something like this? I'm not joking. And said player would fined and even suspended.

It's a real shame that Adrian Wilson didn't see that going on with about a 10 yard running start.

Well, it doesn't look very good for Harrison, but gauging by the activity on the field in the background, the whistle hadn't sounded yet. You're trained to play "through the whistle"; and in this instance, he would have been making certain there was one less potential tackler for the punt returner to content with.

However, the punt returner is clearly seen in the background waving for a fair catch and the Cardinals player was catching the ball immediately afterwards. The refs probably thought that since the Cardinals player wasn't trying to get involved in the return that Harrison was being too excessive--even though the whistle may or may not have been blown at that point. If Harrison is guilty of anything, it's that he was being too aggressive after the point where he had his man whipped.

You mean like what Bigg Davis did to Strahan last year in the playoff game? :)
