Yea, he should just take the sack. He really pissed me off right before the half by not taking the sack. He could have fumbled the ball, or HE COULD MAKE THE PLAY AND THROW A TD PASS! Why is this even a thread? He didn't throw an interception, didn't have a fumble.

let romo be romo. He will make you happy and sometimes he'll make you cry, but he lives to give this team its best chance at winning.

Thank god he didnt take that sack btw

That's all I wanted to say. Tired of seeing Romo not make a decision and just stand there and get sacked when nothings open. He needs to either A. Scramble B. Throw it away simple as that if he keeps doing that today then I will continue to lose faith in this quarterback. Great Qb's recognize that a sack means negative yardage for some reason this hasn't sinked into Tony yet...WHy? don't know you tell me....

Someone else responded with a great question to answer your statement. I am merely paraphrasing.

How great will Tony's replacement have to be to meet your standards?

A Peyton Manning Joe Montana Roger Staubach hybrid with NONE of their faults?

C'mon. He's doing very well, and gives Dallas a chance to win EVERY Sunday. That's all we can ask for as fans.

RIGHT NOW is when you appreciate romo, and remember this feeling when we lose by a point to the giants. appreciate. Hes our best ticket.

OP is *******

Maybe we should lighten up with the name calling. I don't agree with the OP, but do we need to question someone's character because of that?:(

Yup ..... everything he said when we won the game Sunday was tempered with something negative.

I really do not understand how people like that enjoy the game.

Maybe we should relish a win where all facets of the game clicked for once. I'm just saying.

Throw it away? You can't throw it away while you're in the pocket. You lose even more yards than getting a sack.

And sometime you are going to take sacks they all do even the great Payton Manning.

Doesn't intentional grounding result in negative yardage?

Ahh. I read through the thread and wondered why no one brought that up. I assumed most didn't care enough to even mention it in this ridiculous thread lol. But yea i'm pretty sure intentional grounding is called if you throw it away while in the pocket. Its funny. We've been wanting Romo to secure the football when he sacked. Now we want him to "Throw it away" while he's in the pocket lol.
