One thing I heard on NFL Radio that I didn't know will affect many people's thoughts on trading picks. Due to the labor issue, next year's picks CANNOT be traded. So, the possiblity of making a trade including picks for next year's draft is not possible.

That last play in particular is the one that excites me the most of all his highlights. Everyone shows the INT against Bama and Julio Jones where he gets his feet in, but that last one is far more amazing. He is back to the ball, goes up and gets it and then returns it nearly 100 yards and runs further than that trying to keep going.

Not according to the NFL Network. I would have to assume those guys know a little more about the labor situation that either you or me.

Today that is correct. We get a new labor deal before the draft that can change.

Picks for next can be traded, but you do so at your own risk , simply because there is NO guarantee of a draft next year due to the cba lawsuits etc.

So we trade next years 1st to move up with the bengals, the players win all the anti trusts etc, there is no draft in futureasnd the bengals got ripped off. Hence you accept next years picks in trades at your own risk.
