For the record, I hate Monday Nite Games

yeah im with those that love monday night games but just hate the wait. well at the very least we get to enjoy the deadskins get there butts whooped today by the Colts

I remember many Monday nights after a tough loss like against the Raiders in '74 and the Chiefs in '75 that caused me to lay awake virtually all night

Still. I love Monday and Sunday night games. It means being able to use Sunday Ticket to best advantage at 1 and 4 on Sunday - impossible to do so when the Cowboys are playing.

Right, My fingers are sore from all the channel hopping on the early games, and this typing don't help much.

Between the Cincy-Carolina, Philly-TB and Atlanta-Pitt games, a lot of channel surfing. Plus a little of the other games. Now it will be mostly Dudskins-Indy & Minn-Seattle games.

You already endure the work week looking forward to the next game, then you endure the weekend only to be reminded that you have to complete a whole day of work on Monday before we get to see our Boys.:bang2:

Worse yet, you get jacked up watching a late night game. If the Cowboys win you are too exicted too sleep, if they lose you are too miserable to rest as well. You go to work on Tuesday thinking it is the mother of all Mondays.

the part about monday night that I hate is that some guys step up there game when there is a national audience. If you can step it up for the national press then why in the heck can't you do that every week for all the fans that really matter?

other than that I like monday night just fine.

It should be our guys that step it up.The gents are 1-9 against the Boys on Monday night.

Don't feel bad. I work til 9 on Monday evenings (but my students have already been warned of an early release this week - fire me, I don't care. And I'll just tape Countdown.

I hate the wait but I love to see our guys get an oppertunity to shine on center stage. For young guys MNF is a great chance to make a name for yourself.
