You are in a forum where anybody can enter anybodys conversation. Her points were valid. Bottomline, your team overpays in loot and draft picks and have absolutely nothing to show for it at 4-8 and DEAD LAST...PERIOD!!!

even if they are overpaid, what does it matter, its only Dan Snyders money. What does his to overspending on coaches have anything to do with the team?

...with the question of how does an overpaid coaching staff affect the team.

IMO, it really only speaks about the front office and specifically Snyder. I'm wondering a t what point does Snyder decide not to reinvent the wheel and try running the Skins in a more traditional mode.

Develop through the draft, establish a team culture and style and hire your employees to fit inside. Focus on the system and how the parts mesh together instead of parachuting "all stars" to add to the sex appeal.

Really he needs to build a team from the top down. The end results is the wins and losses on the field. In that regard it hasn't been the smoothest ride.

As a Cowboys fan we have nothing to brag about either if you take in the Gailey and Campo years in perspective. We still hope that Jones has come to see the light and veer away from the course he took in the mid 90's to early 2000s. Knock on wood!

I said Moss wasn't a #1 as for smith while he is good he will be nothing a few a years. If he is as good as he thinks he is he wouldn't have been whining about the fact he needs a complimentary receiver to take heat off of him, he hasn't been the same since Muhammed and he has said so. Also small, fast receivers only have one place to go after a short period KR/PR. Taller WR can become possession receivers thus still having the ability to affect a game with many more touches. I am sorry but the NFL will always want the bigger dynamic WR, whereas the smaller ones will have a nice niche as a flash in the pan and as good PR/KR

you are contradicting yourself SOOOO much.

first, you say that we don' have a number 1 reciever, because #1 recievers cant be small. Yet, you change the rule for Steve Smith somehow.

And while you say he is good now(which isnt what this discussion is about?) he will suck down the road? Well no **** einstein. EVERYONE will suck down the road. isnt that why players retire?

and steve smith has dropped off since Muhammed has left?!?! Please, he had his best year as a reciever last year, WITHOUT Muhammed(and without any other reciever beside him for that matter). If anything, he has gotten BETTER since Muhammed left

i wasnt talking about players, yet our coaches.

yet, once again, way to come into a conversation and try to change it into your favor

Ok you want to talk about your coaches we can. Your Hall of Fame coach has had the game pass him by. He still trys to run a team like this is the uncapped era. He lets the teams have say in the uniforms, he lets his stars, mostly Thugg U players, do what they want for off season conditioning. Your O coordinator, while covered up quickly this past summer stated your future QB, "Is incapable of picking up the playbook.". While running is your guys strongest suit you guys give up on it all the time to try and look like the KC Chiefs. Your D Coordinator makes Parcell look like a *****cat and he lets some of your better young talent walk because they are replacable. The Tom Friend article pretty much hits the nail on the head when it comes to the whole coaching staff.

They should have given the Nationals to Synder and let someone else take over the Commanders. Synder would be a good MLB owner, he is willing to throw around money like it is his job. But that doesn't work in the NFL.

I never said smith was a #1 I just said he was good. His excellence sure has helped his team this year.

I've been saying that for sooooo many years now. All I can hope for now is that Snyder will finally see his errors, and change his ways, much in the way JJ did with you all

haha good point. Fortunately that should change rather soon. I see a baseball salary cap in the very near future. MLB is losing fans by the truckload each year because of that cheap ****......i know i gave up on it years ago.

I do not consider him a #1 now and never will he does not have the staying power. i will give it to him he has the heart but he doesn't have the size to be a legitmate #1 year in and year out.

You can't be serious. Moss and Smith are both legit #1 receivers.

Their biggest problems are staying healthy because of their size. But when healthy, they are every bit as much of a threat and a weapon as Chad Johnson or TO or Larry Fitzgerald.
