For those of you who don't realize

Even if the above were to happen, tiebreakers do not favor Dallas. It is all but over
I feel the tiebreaker went down the tubes with that Rams loss,, the 'other' defeats are secondary , although repeatedly being pointed out!,,, we're done fer' this season and that's where it's at,,,o_O

No, we would actually need the Panthers to go 1-4 because we lose on tiebreakers.

Then we'd also need the Lions, Falcons and Seahawks to go 2-3.

The only thing that wins would do at this point is secure Garrett another year at the helm and drop our draft position.

We're 3 games behind the Panthers and Falcons with only 5 games to go. We'd have to finish 5-0 and have them go 2-3 to have any chance shot at the playoffs. The likelihood is extremely low. Just wanted to remind the optimists out there.
So you made this post to make people who would prefer to be optimistic sad?

You sound like a blast at parties.

Just so you know guys the likelihood of pretty girls coming and the liquor and beer lasting is extremely low.

So you're saying we have a chance. :D

In addition to winning out, we need the Vikings to beat the Falcons and the Saints to beat the Panthers this weekend.

What tie-breakers/schedules/records are you looking at?

We would not lose tie breakers with the Panthers. They would have to lose 3 to even be a factor. They are all NFC games. They only have one less loss in the NFC than Dallas. If it went to tie-breakers with Carolina, Dallas would have a 2 game NFC advantage.

We go ahead of the Lions if they lose one NFC game. If the Falcons lose another game (against their murderous schedule - Jax,Rams, Philly) and we beat them (have to in order to go 5-0) we are ahead of them.

The Falcons don't play any of those teams, and we already lost to them. What schedule are YOU looking at?

I just hope we can win a game!....Another game!

That's actually a lie. I hope we lose out. But the hilarity of Jim Mora stands.

Trying to convince others to give up too huh? Not a good look really, mang.
