Yes it was - Parcells first year here - last place weak schedule - Carter/Tham - please lets not go back there.

The Zimmer 4-3 did NOTHING in general 99-2004 - THAT WAS ONLY GOOD YEAR FOR HIS UNDERSIZED COVER 2 4-3!
