Did anyone envision this OL playing as well as it has or our running game performing as well as it has?
Is it me, or do our young CBs appear to be improving almost weekly.
As I saw it entering the season, Romo was the least of our concerns and a true strength.
He hasn't been. He's actually been a liability.
So I think the question is really where do you see Romo's game going from here.
If you think it's more of what we've seen so far, than yes, we'll struggle to win 8 games.
If you think he gets back to a pro-bowl level performer than 10-12 wins is still very possible.
As far as the shedule goes, it's tough to look forward two months and say, of oh well we have to have 6 wins by this point or 8 wins before we go to NY.
I just take it one game at a time. Lets get a win at KC and work hard a few extra days to get back on track.
Still a lot of football left and plenty of talent on this team to run off 9-10 wins in 12 games.
Here's an unlikely scenario that may just play out. Perhaps this team is healthiest and playing it's best football late.
Maybe , just maybe our early season struggles give this team extra focus and drive them to improve throughout the season.
Maybe we reach DEC a tested tough 8-3 and proceed to finish up a strong 4-1.
Let's hope Eli keeps getting aggrivated by his plantar fisciitis.
Eagles and Commanders don't scare me.
