Didn't Jerry already hire a football man, and it resulted in zero playoff wins in four years? To have that same man walk away even though he wanted to keep him?

And now that same man is going to have a team in the AFC go from 1-15 to 11-5 in one season and possibly have a playoff victory in less time?

I guess it's all Jerry's fault, just like it is with in the media. Oh, I guess they're always right because, oh forget it, I'm not quoting Malcolm X again.

I will always be a Cowboys fan through thick and thin but im tired of Jerry Jones. He needs to resign as GM.

I despise Jerry Jones... I look at the consistent teams of the league and see how they build their teams and im jealous(Colts, Patriots, Steelers). They have great football minds running the show.. Jerry is not a football mind. He is a oil tycoon dirtbag. Jerry is all about money.. Not winning. Jerry said it himself he loves when the Cowboys get attention and drama. It sells his product. That's why the media is constintly diggin in our *** because Jerry invites them to.

Now it isn't all Jerrys fault. But hell he is the one overpaying average players and signing lame duck coaches. We don't have any good football minds running or helping this franchise.

Scandrick???!!! really in the fifth round, PLEASE hes no started, he cant cover the slot with dominace!!!!......oh wait...

granted jerry may lack in many facets of the game but drafting, i think not!

I don't care if the mods sticky this or not, I want everyone who wants to see Jerry Jones give up control of football operations, and hand it to either a real GM (make a run at Scott Pioli), or a head coach (Mike Holmgren), to put your signatures on here, and we'll figure out what we'll do with them later, maybe someone who has a contact within the organization can see that Jerry, or someone in the upper echelon gets it, so that they can pass it along to him.

Yeah, but we know he didn't have any power. It was all BP who assembled the talent. One that resulted in zero wins in the playoffs in four years. Or, it was his fault that BP didn't win. Yes, that is it. It has to be, because that is what the media is telling me. Disregard all of the talent that the media says this team has and the fact that it contradicts itself repeatedly.

Sorry, but I just don't buy the Jerry just sucks at GM. I think there are more problems here, and some of them have to do with things that won't be considered rational.

One solid year of the draft and all of a sudden he is a draft guru??? Lets wait and see Jerry draft this team for the next 3 years and see how great of a eye for talent he is..

This is what happens when egomaniacs own your favorite team. It renders the rest of us helpless. The buck never stops with Jerry. For whatever reason, he and Tony are the two untouchables here. It's always someone else's fault, like sacrificial lamb Wade, who will soon be sacrificed on the altar of Jerry's incompetence.
