The lawsuit claims that Wilkins' usual pay rate was $8 per hour, but that payment was sometimes incomplete, and that the team's male mascot made $25 per hour and about $65,000 per year.

The cheerleaders know what they are getting into before they sign on.
Very little pay - as do all cheerleaders in all NFL teams.
It's their time to show themselves off - so to speak - and put it on their resume.

But not paying for their personal apperances.....

Thing is, someone would have likely taken over for Crazy Ray when he could not have carried on. Or Jones could have considered making the Crazy Ray persona the team's official mascot. He had options, still does, but we got and continue to have Rowdy.

My dislike for Rowdy... let us just say, is notable.

Plan
1. Make corrosive into an aerosol.
2. Sneak into mascot room shortly before game time.
3. Spray corrosive on Rowdy's eyes.

The corrosive should do its job by halftime. That monstrous head would have two big holes in it, staring at cameras. Just think. Kids at the stadium will be screaming, "DADDY DADDY! ROWDY'S SCARING ME!!!" for which any loving parent will react with, "SOMEONE KILL IT BEFORE IT REACHES THE CHILDREN!!!"

That would be sweet.

Dang it. This thread is about underpaid cheerleaders that I have not commented on because of that planet head mascot. It is pathetic that a 10 billion dollar industry vastly underpays a key marketing component. Same thing happened for decades with the refs. This is not only a Jerry Jones problem. Construct a huge mockup of a Johnny Walker Blue Label bottle. Steal Rowdy's head. Put both side-by-side. Place a sign in front of both saying, "Endorsed by MADD." Take a picture and send to every media outlet imaginable.
