We all know Dak is a good politician, hip with the boys. That was reported as one of the reasons why teammates didn’t want to go back to Romo, the latter pretty much minding his own business.
But then again? I’m pretty sure Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers don’t kick it with everybody in the Locker room either. You don’t make personnel decisions based on whose “hip” with the team.
So you think that's why they re-signed Dak? I feel like they did because he's an elite QB.

cooper rush could muster only 13 points until a lucky bounce to Mr. Cooper's hand saved the day. perhaps we should send a thank you note to the Minn. DB that bounced the ball back to Cooper...and lets not forget Zeke breaking 4 tackles to get a first down....yeah...that mr. rush....Elite? Cooper Rush in his first start in four years found Cooper for 8 times an 113 yards, behind this OL and all that man coverage caused by our RG.
But I was talking about we benched him for the much better QB, with the best our OL and RG weee playing, and continued to waste away this roster with this average QB, for years. Of course there was a silver lining to it all, among them, us dumping Dez and ultimately getting Amari and a wholly bunch of other weapons.

Mike White sharing during his time in Dallas, what he learned from Dak. Relationships matter. Leaders develop good relationships with everyone in the locker room.
I'm new here. Who is this guy trashing Dak like he sucks??Elite? Cooper Rush in his first start in four years found Cooper for 8 times an 113 yards, behind this OL and all that man coverage caused by our RG.

Actually, I've heard that this is exactly how Brady is. He is this way with the Bucs, and was with the Pats before. We all know Dak is a good politician, hip with the boys. true, but one commonality in smaller circles is the relationship and trust you build with those on your team. I preach that and we practice that at my company. "teams" achieve more than a bunch of skilled individuals regardless of the endeavor they take on. when there is no relationship, there is no trust and there is no communication and that's the critical piece of any success. idiots like Khiladi dismiss that, given he has an agenda to drive, but it also tells me he doesn't get it. when I interview people, its not just on their skills, its on their personalities and fit within the team and organization and how they will get along with everybody else on the team.....There’s never one particular way to be a leader. The QB position inherently requires some measure of leadership skill to be effective
My take on Mike White’s comments was that he was impressed that Dak forged relationships with everyone on the team. Not just the stars. And that he wanted to emulate that as a leader himself.
Build up a feelgood story about your mum and your grandmother ?
Makes average QB get paid top end money.
