I noticed we used Wheat at DE last night. He made a nice tackle. I think MM and DQ used him more instead of Sam Williams. That kid is an UDFA I think. I like him better than Sam. He is a bigger De and athletic.

He really hasn't. He's just overshadowed. But he's playing his role at times, and not making overwhelming mistakes. Hasn't put up the same numbers as last year, but it's early.

I expect this team to bounce back some after the bye.

yes but he made a couple nice tackles against ekeler as well. one tackle where if he misses, goes for a big gainer. It was when the Chargers were backed up deep near their own goal line. Was a trap play. I must have missed the flag he got.

Which player gives us more?? To me it's Fowler because he has the quickness and bend to get to the QB, Williams has speed but it's more power. His lack of focus is bothering. Please give your thoughts

Williams is one of the most disappointing players to me. Guy has talent but he might be our new village idiot. I want to see him do more and I think he can but Fowler is the better player now.
