News: Fox: Tony Romo arrested in Milwaukee for OWI

I’m not going to comment a whole lot on this mess but Romos mug shots looked horrible . Going back to last year viewers were on line commenting on Romos bizarre inconsistent # 2 sidekick to Nantz job he was doing .

This is obviously not a recent phenomenon. CBS can find someone if they have to . Heck half of ESPN filed for unemployment Friday and Ryan Clark is preparing his Supeme Court case over getting canned mid show .

I didn’t know they fired him mid show that’s disgusting.

Romo most certainly headed in this direction . Too many people who can do the job for under 17 million a year and they may be better golfers .

Romo should kick commenting to the side and just enjoy life; outside of drinking and driving of course
He has all the money any person needs already

If this was 20 years ago, romo probably would already be suspended by CBS
but nowadays?
doubtful.

I would be more disgusted by the person who leaked it to him midshow because they didn't give the organization the proper time to do it.

Hes an ex-Steeler so I dont give a crap about how he got the news

He aint my cousin
What does being a Steeler have to do with it? He doesn’t play for them now.

ESPN knew they were firing him long before now. That’s not how a business should be run. I’m sorry. On the field hate I get but he’s no longer a Steeler he’s a man and a father now.

lol excellent

A lot of unknowns….

The golf tournament ended at 4:30 PM

It’s almost an hour drive to the bridge, where he was pulled over.

That’s 6:18PM

He would have had to stop off somewhere and get hammered fast.

My guess: I think it’s pills.

Funny how they don't mention how fast he was going, why he was stopped in the first place, or that what his BAC was. Just that he "preformed poorly" on the field sobriety tests. I mean, my back is hoarked and I would "perform poorly" as well.
And yet here we are, condemning the ship out of him.

Is that supposed to be DWI?
Yes every state calls it something different DUI/DWI or OWI but the only thing that's different with operating under the influence I guess it can cover more that if you're in the car sitting whether you're in front of your house or in your driveway or trying to sleep one off if you are in control of the vehicle meaning you are inside it especially if the keys are in it you can still get arrested You don't have to be moving..

I'm gonna share my feelings nobody wants to hear the police are not always right that's why they call it suspicion of OWI when they suspect you of something and tell you you failed a very subjective field sobriety test without proof he didn't blow a BAC at the scene Apparently he didn't blow at the Police Department they probably drew his blood or something now he's gotta wait 3 to six months to find out that he's innocent or guilty..

Trust me I have personal experience with this and they don't apologize when they're wrong even when you have a 0.00 BAC from blood meaning no drugs no alcohol no nothing and yet you went through this whole experience and thank God I didn't have it plastered all over the Internet before I was found guilty They don't give you your money back no refunds no nothing so if the police officer decides he thinks that you failed the test at the scene for no other reason that his feelings are that his personal experiences if you walk different or you can't recite some ridiculous backwards alphabet or say a series of ridiculous test or you move just a little different when you're walking down the line he says that you might be under the way influence of drugs or alcohol....

So until we see the actual results Let's not give this man so much bad publicity and negativity in here assuming he's guilty It's pretty sad that these guys have to go through this because they are public figures and they don't get a break with all the assumptions being made But it does happen more often than you think that's why they can't call it an OWI until they actually get the results That's why it's called suspicion...

Did we ever hear back from Tigers arrest because I'm interested in knowing that he have a blood draw Did they ever prove that he was under the influence of something 'cause I'm thinking not because his BAC from the actual blow test came back zero so if he did have drugs in the system they would need to be able to have enough probable cause to take blood and I don't think they do...

Bring up those since they're two most recent alleged DUI type arrests for public figures but it happens to everyone I don't say everyone 'cause someone's gonna come on here and say it never happened to me but it can happen and they can be very wrong and they put you through a lot of stress both financially and on your person knowing you're innocent and then yet you don't even get your money back or an apology they just drop all charges and that's it it goes away like it never happened...
