Cool story, but that wasn't the case. You don't get that you don't have to be impaired to make an unsafe pass.
More unsafe passes are made by impatient people than impaired people.

I'll add that the food stinks as well...Nope, and it’s an especially strange name choice because Boston has no signature pizza style or even a reputation of having decent pizza. Unlike NYC, Chicago, Detroit, New Haven, etc. I’m guessing they just wanted a generic American-sounding name.
True story impatient people pass where they shouldn't and in an unsafe manner.Cool story, but that wasn't the case.
i go south tp Washington State for Texas Roadhouse!Okay I can probably forgive you for being Canadian since you know and love Texas BBQ. Lol
use the Force to recognize sarcasmYou call yourself Canadian for giggles. So who’s the we you’re referring to?
Got to say it's as least as interesting as Dak with a Super bowl shirt on from three decades ago and his new name for the offense that has done nothing yetA 50 page thread on our QB from a decade ago getting buzzed and driving?
We really are craving any football news.
90 percent of the thread is defending drinking and driving lol.A 50 page thread on our QB from a decade ago getting buzzed and driving?

He did better than me on the leg stand.he actually performed poorly on all three FSTs
Even a sober person can fail them, but his performance was not good.
HGN - There are two instructions. Follow the stimulus with your eyes and don’t move your head. He was able to do neither.
Walk and Turn - he failed to put heel to toe one time. He started too soon. He stoped once completely. His balance was off and he complained about their being “too many instructions” despite interrupting.
One-leg stand - he held his hands out to his side. His balance was poor. He didn’t do it for the duration so they actually stoped the test short.

You have a heavy-duty tinfoil hat.True story impatient people pass where they shouldn't and in an unsafe manner.
Did you view the pass is there video footage of it or is it something that's just left up to the cops discretion
And you take everything they say as gospel
Insane, isn't it?90 percent of the thread is defending drinking and driving lol.
Most definitely would lolWould be completely different if it wasn’t a media darling/fan favorite like Tony
I did. But you didn’t. Lol. It’s all good.use the Force to recognize sarcasm
Refusing the breathalyzer is getting pulled over 101, bro. Even your lawyer tells you not to take that breathalyzer. Some tell not to even if you haven't been drinking down here in Texas. Why risk a false positive or being BARELY over when you've got the money for an attorney?Refusing the breathalyzer makes it worse, in my opinion. Even though the tests aren't 100%, why refuse if you weren't under the influence? But he also lost track of time and directions, had an open bottle, and passed unsafely. There's simply too many factors that add up to suggest he was fine to drive.
You can’t make it up lol. My favorite one is “people fail these tests who haven’t been drinking”…except Tony was and he was so drunk he had a open bottle in plain sight lol.Insane, isn't it?
I get this but you guys do know the reason he didn’t take it wasn’t because of the fear of a false positive but it was because he had been drinking?Refusing the breathalyzer is getting pulled over 101, bro.
