Not really. Remember, she made no mention of alcohol until she returned with his license even if she smelled it initially. I'm sure that's deliberate because if you let him know a more serious charge might be at play, it increases a flight risk.
Remember, until she runs the license she doesn't even know who he is or whether a DUI charge is a probation violation or something else that could have him in serious trouble to where he'd be more likely to run, resist, or worse.
Once she mentioned field sobriety test, then he got antsy and wanted to call his lawyer. He clearly wasn't prepped though or he'd have just shut up once alcohol became the topic as we've said before, especially since I think the cop flubbed how she brought it up in only connecting golfing to drinking.
