Franchise Tag Question ? If the Saints end up putting the Franchise Tag on Drew Breese by March 5th can they still work a Contract out with him after this time and when he signs pull the Tag and put it on Nicks ? Just curious.

Not sure you can use the tag twice in the same year. I know they can tag a player workout a deal and remove the tag from him

Teams cannot use the franchise tag twice in the same year.

Breese if they do than even if they pull it they can't reuse it ....
