Frederick back for OTAs

Frederick is smart, mean, and physically domineering. When he's on the field, you see the difference. Looney did well and is a good center, but Fredbeard is on another level.

Fredbeard's ceiling is a *lot* higher than Looney. If Frederick can play, we should do whatever gets him up to speed fastest, and that's probably playing.
