Free agency is here and I want juice

Rise…I will be pleased to see ANY upgrades at any position. This roster is multiple players away from hanging around at Jerry’s proverbial “rim”.
Let’s see what the next two weeks bring, but probably more of the same. I’ve pretty much given up any hope of any real success until rock bottom is hit, and honestly….they aren’t trying to do much more than avoid that, and aren’t capable of much more regardless.

Legal tampering and unofficial announcements is Monday. All our moves can be officially announced on Wednesday. (I will need help starting all those threads)

While I'll always be a trench guy and will applaud any and all moves to upgrade those positions, this team is equally in need of offensive playmakers and a serious influx of speed. We must have it.

We all know what the QB is and we also know he's not going anywhere. Do not magnify his weaknesses by giving him a slow mediocre supporting cast. Which is exactly what he had last year.

This is it. Get (selectively) aggressive. Sign. Trade. Make it happen now. These next two weeks will determine whether the team can be competitive next year.

And don't forget some juice on offense. Not only in the draft next month but right now in free agency.
Did Rockport hack into your account?

We've seen Dak with a top 5 O-line, Top 3 RB, top 3 WR duo, and the results are always the same. 2Pac and Omar Epps could not give Dak enough juice to avoid the 1000 yard stare in the playoffs.
Spot on bro. Im a broken record on this subject but its still a truthful broken record.
This is the most depressing of all realities that plague the team. Exactly as you mention here. Personnel support OR coaching is not gonna help Dak beat 4 playoff opponents.
Spare me the Nick Foles or Brad Johnson responses as Dak couldn't win 2 straight playoff games regardless of RB, oline or defensive dominance, much less 4.

His playoff phobia is real.
And it's terminal.

If they are aggressive, these are some of the guys them to go after

Aaron Jones
Matt Judon
Joey Bosa
Cooper Kupp
Hollywood Brown
Bradberry or Slay

Basically a better version of 2020

The most premium " in there prime" player I could see them going after is Nick Bolton

Two guys I could them bring in due to connections to the coaching staff are Javon Kinlaw and Will Hernandez

Beers on me if they sign even one player mentioned in this post.

Lamb and Turpin are pretty fast. They need a RB and more explosive TE.
Most guys crying for a WR forget Dak throws to his TE as his 2nd option. I like Fregy but he's slow, and Schoon was a good to see because he had more juice.

And that team had a better shot than 2024.

I fail to see the rationale. He's the QB. Should we just not try?
And some teams have won Super Bowls with QBs of similar quality. You've got to build a team around them capable of getting it done, and we do not have that right now and really have not in a long, long time.

All you’re going to get with this front office is pickle juice.

Any chance the chiefs see Pacheco as damaged goods and cut him? If they do, should we take a look? He runs physical for a smaller back. He's quick. Btw, he has juice. If healthy and 100% . Admittedly, he never looked right after coming back from injury.

When are we going to stop the run? Also we probably had the worst OTs in the league last year. Yes we need playmakers, but we could use just about every position. Spending a few bucks may buy us an extra win or two but we aren’t competing this year. If we utilize FA, get some guys who will be here long enough for us to create a window. Bad drafting, coupled with 0 FA spend, poor spending on our own guys and poor trades has officially closed the window, if it ever existed. On top of that, the jones have 0 credibility when it comes to contracts and no one willing to take less to win would consider Dallas. We just suck too much, all the way around, in every way.

The signings will be coming in hot and heavy tomorrow for us. Try not to become overly arrogant about it. Remember other teams are doing things too and flukes can happen.
