I'm not emotional like you. I've never said anything good or bad about Jerry. To help calm your emotions you decide you have to attack me for telling someone that you can't accidentally hire a coach( fact). Quinn is the best D coordinator we have had for a very long time. Obviously accidental; sometimes purely by chance Jerry and company get it right.

Stephen Jones and Will McClay tried to hire Dan Quinn in 2013.

Quinn ended up taking the DC job in Seattle and the Cowboys ended up with Kiffin & Marinelli.

Stephen Jones had some interest in Quinn in 2011 before Quinn became the DC at the University of Florida.

Poor Spence used to get sooo much hate on this board.....The guy played the run well just like Dlaw and got constant pressure on the QB but would almost always be a finger tip away from a sack. He definitely did do all the little things that don't show up on the stat sheet as someone mentioned earlier!

He was the player that they couldn't find anyone to replace in both the Wade Phillips and Rob Ryan 3-4 defenses.

Spencer was a 3-tool player (run, pass coverage, pass rush).
- Fans hated him because he was not an elite pass rusher, but that was not really his role.
- They had backups that could rush the passer, but couldn't handle the other responsibilities.

Maybe. But if Gallimore and Bohannda were performing their roles well, maybe he would have included a clip or two of it? He talks about the wonders of the dline, but only shows one play with a true DT in Hill.

You’re right on Gallimore and not getting much praise. Those positions tend to go unnoticed though??

I have seen some other YouTube guys give Bo some major love, but yea, they’re cowboys fans. So take that for what it’s worth.
