This is as much If NOT MORE on our front office. For the last 3-4 years we have seen the kind of teams Philly and San Fran were constructing. Very physical teams with great offensive and defensive schemes. Our team isn't built to beat those teams. We are NOT physical enough. Those two teams remind me of teams in the 80's. Yes, we can blame it on this player or that player, but we don't have a Deebo or Brown at WR. We don't have a CMC or Swift at RB (i miss Zeke's toughness last night). We don't have LBs that hunt like that. We don't have dominant O and D lines. Sure, we got some good players sprinkle in here and there but not whole units that play with attitudes.

Our front office has watched these two teams assemble studs while we have drafted good players. Philly added Carter and Smith to an already deep D line, SF got Hargraves from Philly then added Gregory (who will ball for them). They both have better OCs. We have to face it, at the current moment, we are not built to handle either of these teams. We have to sign some young ballers in the off season with some nastiness to them.

JUST NOT PHYSICAL enough (mentally or physically.

That had nothing to do with physicality, at all. People said the same thing against ARZ.

It's just blown coverage after blown coverage and a poor offensive scheme.

That's what happens when you pay JAGs on defense after one decent season, because "we like our guys" and the criteria for hiring coaches is how comfortable they make the owner who wants to cosplay as a GM.

They stood on their hands and totally bungled the 23 draft.

so when Cards and SF ran on us at will?
For some odd reason we have problems playing any team in the NFC WEST period.....The west is just built different.....put us against any other division we fair quite well...

They made the trade now we just need some time to see what he’s got. I’ll give the front office that much.

Fundamental NFL truth: The front office IS responsible for everything. Except in Dallas.

That’s the way it is in 31 other NFL franchises. The owner hires the GM and charges him to win a championship. The GM hires the HC. The GM drafts the players and the coaches attempt to develop and mold them into a team that wins playoff games. if they don’t win within 3-5 years, the GM and HC are fired.

Only in Dallas do we blame it all on everyone BUT the GM.
