FWIW, Phillips coming up on 103.3 in five min or so...

Be sure to let us know what was said. Thanks in advance.

Can I just say that I really enjoy reading/listening to Phillips interviews? A nice change of pace from BP.

I think a mixture is good. This happy-go-lucky cheery attitude may get old. It's nice that we get to pick his brain more often though.

The worst thing about losing Parcells was losing all of his general football knowedge. To be honest, I'm not sure if we didn't gain some with Phillips.

I don't think the Cowboys lost much in the way of football knowledge. There's only so much to know when you've been around the game for that long. What I think they lost was valuable experience, especially in the playoffs. There are a ton of scenarios that Phillips has never faced as a head coach, and he'll have to feel his way through those here.

But we all saw what BP's deep pool of playoff experience did for us, so who knows how that'll play out.

Losing Parcells was like losing your Webster's Football dictionary's 1955 edition.
Lots of outdated knowledge.
