I'd say as bright as:

a candle in a tornado

a flashlight without batteries

a lightning bug with no arse

......picture starting to form.......:D

Coach Bartel made a great point about this on my show last night.

He mentioned that Pacman having the game taken away from him had to be heartbreaking and now that he's back the kid is so happy that he's on another level right now. His enthusiasm and energy is amped up just because he's once again doing the thing he probably loves most in the world - playing football!

TO is thee best receiver that jones has practiced against. He will be a better corner going against TO.

That's great to see. You want your corners to be confident almost to the point of arrogance. These two will sharpen each other. If Jones can keep up with Owens for most of TC, he just might take the starting spot from Henry. Surprisingly, though, I guess Jones is the better nickel CB.

There are 4 things you look for in a corner: speed, quickness, confidence, swagger....

Of course you want hips, footwork, vision and instinct. But that's stuff that comes with most of the above.

While Jones is rubbing the rust off vs. TO, hopefully it isn't rubbing Henry the wrong way, playing second fiddle and all. Maybe he'll realize the move, 3rd CB/safety, will prolong his career and he'll be a team player about it.

I was actually thinking the same thing about Newman. Wonder how all of this Pacman attention is affecting him? Oh well, he got a fat new contract, I'm sure that's the key.

Speaking of which, is there really any concern at all over whether Goodell will reinstate him? At this point, it would be some seriously negative P.R. if he turned him down. As far as I know, he hasn't done anything wrong during his suspension, has he?

Seriously, if he did turn him down after what has been the longest suspension for a non-drug violation in league history, Pacman could take his case to court and watch Goodell get *****slapped by the judge.

Jones just might make T.O. a better wideout ;-)

Gods, I hope so!! I am so tired of waiting for this TO guy to get it right and show us something.
