Anderson hopes to be back vs. Commanders

Cowboys fullback Deon Anderson had minor knee surgery on Thursday and is expected to miss two weeks. But Anderson was at Valley Ranch on Friday and thinks he could possibly be back next week against the Commanders.
That's probably a little wishful thinking on Anderson's part.

It wouldn't shock me.

From the articles I've read, the surgery was described as minor and they gave the impression that it would be a two-week thing.

Thursday to the following Sunday would only be 4 days less than that.

It seems like this is a team of 'fast-healers' for the most part.

Austin, Kosier, and now Hurd have all rebounded sooner than expected.

Hopefully the same will hold true for Cricket.
