Brief blurb about this today from Paul Lukas' Uni Watch blog, though he mistakes Gurode for Spencer:

...According to this item (sent my way by Dan Thaler), three Dallas players were fined for sock-related uni violations in last Sunday’s Cowboys/’Skins game. Two of them were Kevin Burnett (No. 57) and Andre Gurode (No. 93), both of whom were apparently flagged for wearing high whites. The third player was Tony Romo, who you can see here and here — did they really fine him five grand for having a sliver of exposed kneecap, or was it because he appears to have had a small logo of some sort on his right sock?...

Sounds like all he's got are guesses.
