Thank you, Hos...

Now can you get to work on that list of 2/3 of Zoners who blame Montrae Holland's ankle sprain on TO?
I must have missed that one. Let me eat some bran muffins before I start researching. I have a feeling I will need it.

D'oh! :laugh2:

If it'll help, maybe I'll throw up a poll, so we can get an accurate number. Something to go along with the 50% number he threw out last night for something equally off the wall.

I double dog dare you:p:

lol.

Maybe when he posts 2/3 of the Zoners blame T.O. for Hamlin's ankle injury. You know that if T.O. had caught the ball that wasn't going to him, Hamlin wouldn't have had to go back on the field.

It's coming, just wait.

I think that as bad as the injuries have been this year..................I really don't want to hear about it. I'd rather find out game day.

No sweat. Their NT is Haloti Ngata and he is still going strong and a beast. None of these players were starters. Gregg and Yanda probably come closest to contributors and I would say Yanda is like Joe Berger, very little to any contribution. Gregg is a fair backup, not much beyond that.

Our injuries are happening to starters. Therein lies why it is harder to overcome.

Kelly Gregg is their NT; Ngata played DE.

Ngata might have switched over to NT, but last year, IIRC, that was the alignment. And that was a big loss for them.

KD played the entire second half. In fact, he ran off the field after the goal-line stand. Now he can't go?

Never, for even one minute, assume I won't double check you on a challenge like that.

Here are the Ravens IR members, position they play, and date placed in IR.

Players added during the season

Marshall Yanda, G, 10/14
Tavares Gooden, LB, 10/14
Kelly Gregg, DT, 10/9

Players added after Training camp but before season
David Pitman, CB, 8/30
Cory Ross, RB, 8/30, 8/30
Terrence Martin, LB, 8/27
Dwan Edwards, DT, 8/27
Kelly Talavou, DT, 8/27
Scott Kuhn, TE, 7/19
Quinn Sypniewski, TE, 7/19

That's 10, not 16. Unless you know of 6 more that their website isn't reporting.

Look at those stellar names. Do you see a starter? Do you see an impact player? Where? Kelly Gregg, maybe.

Maybe it's just me, but I'd take any combination of two from Matt McBriar, Felix Jones, and Roy Williams over that entire list.

There's such a thing as impact players.

Landry and McAllister went to IR too. That's 50% of their starting secondary.

Good lord. I'm going to quit coming to these forums. Every time I do there is a new post about another injuried player.

I know, it's true. It's 4 new ones a week. Who's your darkhorse injured player for Friday? Last week it was Roy E. Williams. Colombo now that he signed a new contract? No way, that guys a real grinder, he'll play through anything. So who? If you can call the right guy they'll change who'll be injured, lol!

The Cowboys expect free safety Ken Hamlin to play through his sprained ankle in Week 15 against the Giants.

Hamlin will do so at less than 100 percent if he's active. Dallas' center fielder has only two pass breakups in 2008 after recording 15 last season.

At least some good news.

Just tell Hamlin not to run on the rehab field at all this week.
