And notice his expression. He appears to be brooding, somewhat morose.

This is a very very good sign.

Brooding/morose seem to not accurately take in the photo. Yet, melancholy would be over the top.

I am thinking ennui or a disassociation.
Perhaps like in, you know, after reading 'Lines composed a few miles above Tintern Abbey" or after a night of bowling horrible games. Something like that.

Guess who was out golfing on Thursday? Tony Romo, of course. He was found playing with Jessica's daddy Joe. Apparently the ribs are doing well enough for him to carry his own clubs and is this part of his rebab? Just after the loss to Philly on Dec. 28 Romo collapsed in the showers and couldn't get himself off the floor from torn cartilage in his ribcage -- 11 days later he's playing golf.

Maybe he's just working on his putting.

I think this is a bit unfair. The rib cartilage separated and re-attached, kind of like popping a dislocated shoulder back in socket. Rehab shouldn't take too long.

Amazing. I hurt my ribcage about a month ago and it wasn't torn catilage and couldn't play for about 2 weeks.

That being said, I'm not sure what Romo is supposed to do for now. He can watch and watch game film, but there's no need to do it 24/7.

If we want to see some improvement from Romo, the best the team can do is draft a QB in say round 3 that is hungry to become a starter in this league and has the talent to become a starter.

I dont want him gone by any means, but he definitely seems complacent. I think Romos play down the stretch was far more of a problem than Wade, and definitely TO.

The problem isn't golf; the problem is that he's tone-deaf. Cabo taught us that's he's not exactly big on discretion. Simply put, he doesn't care how things look. If you're gonna play golf a week after a devastating loss, make sure there's no photographers around.
